In following the pattern of the New Testament church, the congregation has selected two men to serve as the Shepherds. The scriptures also refer to these men by other names, Elder, Pastor and Bishop. The qualifications for this area of leadership is found in I Timothy 3:1-7 or Titus 1:5-9. These men are responsible for providing the spiritual food and guarding the flock (church).
